Dr. Kurt Barnhill, DC
Chiropractor & Co-Owner
Dr. Kurt Barnhill earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and has completed advanced training in Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique and sports injury rehabilitation. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, helping them recover from pain, improve mobility and return to the activities they love.
Dr. Barnhill works with a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, extremity injuries and movement-related dysfunctions.
Dr. Chelsea Hollingsworth, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist & Co-Owner
Dr. Chelsea Hollingsworth earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University. She is certified in Dry Needling and is a Running Gait Analyst. Dr. Chelsea provides one-on-one care focused on helping patients move better, recover from injury and return to an active lifestyle.
Dr. Hollingsworth has experience treating orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, running-related injuries and a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Marie Coccaro, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Marie Coccaro graduated from the Alpha Institute of the Treasure Coast in 2011 and received her state license in 2012. Since then, she has been passionate about working with chiropractors and helping people alleviate their pain and discomfort through massage therapy. With expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, and sports massage, Marie offers both localized problem area treatments and full body massages to her clients.
When she is not working, Marie is a devoted mother to her two sons and their dog, who keep her busy with their endless energy. Her love for the TV show Friends is so strong that she even named one of her sons after a character. Marie also has a great sense of humor and enjoys joking around with her patients, especially when it comes to the pressure they can tolerate during massages. She uses a rating system that ranges from "baby deer" to "gorilla."
In her free time, Marie enjoys spending quality time with her family and driving them crazy by reorganizing the house.
Chelsey Dawicki
Patient Coordinator
Chelsey was born and raised in Bar Harbor, Maine, and moved to Martin County with her family in 2020. She brings a warm, welcoming personality to the office and loves connecting with patients while helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
As a patient coordinator, Chelsey assists with patient check-in and check-out, supports Class IV laser treatments, and helps patients with e-stim therapy. This is her second role as a patient coordinator, and she truly enjoys being part of a team that helps improve patients' quality of life. She believes that making a difference starts at the front desk with a friendly smile and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her two black cats, Elouise and Linus. She loves boat days, beach walks, long drives, trying new restaurants, and sharing plenty of laughs with family and friends.
Nicki Coleman
Insurance Coordinator
Nicki is our Office Insurance Coordinator and enjoys helping patients navigate their insurance and administrative needs. She genuinely cares about people and is always ready to greet patients with a warm smile, helping them feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of the office, Nicki enjoys spending time with her husband, her grown children and their spouses, friends and her two dogs, Indy and Penny. She is an avid reader and loves tackling puzzles whenever she gets the chance.
